This policy explains what we collect when you take the Money Blocker Quiz or buy a report, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and readable on purpose.
The Money Blocker Quiz is operated by The Money Story Method ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at [email protected].
Quiz answers: the options you choose during the quiz, so we can determine your result and personalize your report.
Your details: the first name and, if you provide it, the email address you enter to receive your results.
Payment information: if you buy a report, your payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends, such as device and general usage, used to keep the service working and secure.
To calculate your quiz result and generate your personalized report.
To deliver your report and send related emails, such as your receipt and the report link.
To process payments and provide customer support, including refunds.
To maintain, secure, and improve the service.
We share data only with the providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting and database provider (Directus). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
We use your browser’s local storage to remember your quiz progress, your result, and whether you have unlocked your report, so the experience works smoothly. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.
We keep your quiz result and purchase records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and support refunds. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
This service is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
